Challenge
CCI wanted to provide their patients with new features in their directory app. Before they could move forward, CCI wanted to find a new app development team, one that could learn the current app and maintain it, as well as prepare the app for future success.
Solution
With our extensive software development experience, we were prepared to take the app development lead for CCI. We accomplished one of CCI’s most important goals, which was to improve the user experience, specifically, making a user’s ability to search easier and more intuitive. We also made it easier for CCI employees to maintain the useful data that made the app great for the patients and provided an improved method to capture new types of data for the app. By providing a dedicated team, we worked closely with the CCI team to build the features that would meet their needs and long-term goals.

The app’s design had become dated so we updated the UI to be consistent with their current branding.
